International Orders (Outside of the U.S.)
Orders over $5,000 USD → Eligible for Free Shipping, Priority Customs Clearance, and Expedited Delivery.
We provide dedicated logistics channels and prioritized handling for qualifying bulk orders, ensuring faster and more reliable international delivery.
Domestic U.S. Orders
Orders over $2,000 USD → Eligible for Free Shipping, Duty-Free Status, Priority Handling, and Expedited Delivery Guarantee.
We guarantee delivery within 5–7 business days for qualifying orders within the continental United States.
High-volume orders are given priority allocation of warehouse and logistics resources to ensure timely fulfillment.
Important Notes
- Minimum Threshold: Free shipping applies only to orders of $500 USD or more. Orders below this threshold will incur domestic shipping fees.
- Exclusions: Free shipping does not apply to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, government regulations, or third-party carrier disruptions.
- Processing Time: Orders are shipped out as soon as possible after payment confirmation. Slight delays may occur during peak seasons or holidays.
